Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (by email or other written form) within the 14-day period.
After notifying us, you have 14 calendar days to return the product in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method within 14 calendar days.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will always be made in the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an option but cannot be mandatory.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, such as personalized items or perishable goods, in accordance with applicable law.<
